This is a project we have been working on for the past 3 years. The scheme is a large scale development comprising of 252 houses and multiple occupancy apartment blocks.

Our scope of works has included to date full Mechanical packages, comprising of heating, plumbing and ventilation.

Currently we are on the 4th phase of houses and are working on the delivery a full mechanical package for the Neptune Apartment complex within the scheme for Cosgrave Developments.
